Across Africa, hunger remains a critical challenge affecting millions. Nigeria ranks 110th out of 127 countries on the 2024 Global Hunger Index, with a score of 28.8, placing it in the "serious" hunger category.
As of mid-2024, food inflation reached 40.9% in Nigeria, driven by economic policies such as fuel subsidy removal and currency devaluation. These changes caused staple prices to surge and pushed more people below the hunger safe zone across the region.
We serve by providing daily meals to those facing food insecurity; From the most vulnerable to those whose income can't meet rising costs. Each box offers relief, dignity, and recognition. Starting in Lagos, we're building a hunger-free Africa.
